Champions League Winner Odds - Which side will win the 2024/25 Champions League trophy?

Real Madrid won the trophy in the 2023/24 season and arrive at 4.50 with bet365, but are they the side to back ahead of the new campaign?

Real Madrid secured yet another Champions League crown in 2024 as they beat Borussia Dortmund 2-0 at Wembley. The Spanish side arrive as one of the favourites at 4.05 with bet365 to defend their title in 2025. 

Despite securing the silverware, Real are not the current favourites, with Premier League side Manchester City available at 3.00 ahead of the start of the competition.

Pep Guardiola's team were eliminated in the quarter-finals by eventual winners Real, although this came via the lottery of penalties after City dominated their opponents across two legs. 

Arsenal are the only side available at or below 10.00 outside of the two favourites, with Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Barcelona next in line. 

The Champions League always throws up a number of shocking results and inspiring runs, with Borussia Dortmund's battle to the final an example from last season. The German side were not fancied at the start of the campaign, but they continually proved they had what it takes as they made it to the showpiece event. 

This season, there will be a range of teams looking to follow Dortmund's example, but getting to the final is one thing, while winning it is another. The likes of City and Real will be incredibly tough to defeat at any point in the campaign, while they both take it up a notch in the grand final. 

The likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and Bayern will hope to fly slightly under the radar due to City and Real being such big favourites. However, once a team makes it out of the group-stage, the spotlight on them begins to intensify.
